Roll Out Your Mat: The At-Home Pilates Routines We Have on Repeat
Love pilates, but don’t love the $40 per session price tag — or the endless scroll of trying to find a class to do at home? Here are the best, actually effective pilates classes on Youtube.
Pilates is everywhere right now, and for good reason. It builds deep core stability, improves your posture, increases flexibility, and teaches you how breathe properly.
It's low-impact enough that you can do it every day without wrecking your joints, but challenging enough that you'll feel it the next morning. And unlike a lot of fitness trends, it rewards slowness. The more intentional you are, the more you get out of it.
But not everyone wants to go to a $40/class studio. And search “pilates” on YouTube, and you’ll be met with a sea of content that ranges from the great to the “um, that’s not even pilates….”
So we curated a list of the best. The channels we actually subscribe to, taught by instructors who truly know what they’re doing.
Roll out your mat, put on something comfortable, and press play.
