This Statement of Privacy applies to soulstice.club (“soulstice.club”) and Microcosm Media, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Microcosm Media, LLC include soulstice.club, soulstice.club, soulstice, related newsletters, and soulstice. The soulstice website is a digital media site. The soulstice journal, alternatively known as the mcosm journal, is a branded email newsletter published by soulstice. By using the soulstice website or subscribing to any of its email newsletters, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Access to our free newsletters only requires a working email address. Access to our paid membership may include additional information, as detailed below.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, soulstice may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

 -          Preferences

 -          Gender

If you purchase soulstice's products or paid media or services, we collect billing and credit card information via Stripe, our payment partner. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. This information is recorded by them—not us.

soulstice may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

 -          Gender

In addition, when you interact with our newsletter or website content, we may receive further anonymous information about your interactions from our third-party providers. This information includes:

Right to Deletion

Deletion requests apply to soulstice.club, but not necessarily any other properties or domains owned by Microcosm Media. Please send an individual request for each, and specify the platform you are inquiring about. Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

•     Delete your personal information from our records; and

•     Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

•     Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

Children Under Thirteen

soulstice does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

In addition, soulstice targets its content and advertising to individuals over the age of 18.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, soulstice may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from soulstice or click on a link therein.

In addition, soulstice maintains email newsletters you may subscribe to. 

If you would like to stop receiving newsletters, marketing or promotional communications via email from soulstice, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the unsubscribe button..

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

soulstice reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
