Pedro is many things. Among them, he is the author of Returning to Center: Passages for Reconnecting with the Spirit, Changing the World, and Becoming Who You're Meant to Be.
He believes “lifestyle” should be more about how we live, and less about what we buy. That wellness too often overlooks, or commodifies, the spiritual. And that media can and should be slower, deeper, and more beautiful. Edgier, too.
His work is deeply rooted in the role of life, and the spirit, in our world. He recently launched Lifepunk media as a platform for this work.
A child of immigrants, he is grounded in the ancient, living philosophies of Southern Africa—and what they can teach everyone about life, the spirit, and the planet.
Through everything he does, he equips people to transform, in ways big and small, and work collectively towards a better, healthier, more equitable world.

Sabrina is a writer, collage artist, herbalist and women’s health educator.
Her creative work has appeared in several publications, including Luna Luna Magazine, Cordelia Press, and various anthologies.
Her work in media has spanned the likes of Seattle Magazine, the Women’s Media Center, and Bitch Magazine.
Her foremost work, as a women’s health educator, is grounded in medical sociology, holistic wellbeing, and body literacy. It is rooted in the evidence-based & magical. Subversive & rebellious, but reverent & sacred. Poetic, erotic, esoteric.
Certified as a women’s herbal educator, grounded in her own personal experience with difficult periods, and having trained under both traditional medical and herbalist teachers for several years prior to practicing, her work offers resources, reflections, and a guiding light as you embark on your own underworld journey.
